WoodRise

The goal of the project is to promote eco-rehabilitation through immersion in the natural environment, which helps restore physical and mental health, reduce stress, and develop ecological awareness.

The Woodrise project combines outdoor recreation, creative and educational activities, bookcrossing, and psychological support.
Participants will take part in forest trips, educational excursions, meetings with writers, and community events. A book exchange and psychological consultations are also included to strengthen emotional balance.
The implementation of these initiatives will create a space for recovery, self-development, and the formation of a supportive community in harmony with nature.
