Roller Sport for Lutsk Active Youth

To engage children and teenagers of the Lutsk community in regular roller sports activities (roller skis, inline skates) as an accessible and beneficial summer alternative to cross-country skiing, promoting physical activity and a healthy lifestyle.

Within the initiative of the Lutsk Ski Federation NGO, conditions will be created for regular training sessions using roller skis, inline skates, running, and coordination exercises directly in the urban environment. This will allow children and teenagers who do not have access to specialized sports clubs to take part in systematic training.

Special attention will be given to increasing the level of physical activity among youth — at least 100 participants aged 10–16 are expected to join. The project includes open training sessions in Lesya Ukrainka Central Park of Culture and Recreation, workshops in local schools, and a final roller sport relay tournament with awards, medals, and certificates for participants.

Thus, the project will promote healthy leisure activities, develop teamwork, and popularize roller sports among young people in Lutsk.
