United by Movement: A Wellness and Support Program for Military Families

The initiative aims to create a wellness and support space in Lutsk for families of military personnel and veterans. It includes a series of open sessions and community gatherings focused on both physical activity and mental well-being.

Participants will take part in weekly workouts over the course of three months, led by professional instructors and local sports clubs. Activities will range from yoga and pilates to light strength training — all adapted to the needs of the target audience.

In addition to physical sessions, the program will feature expert-led meetings covering nutrition, oncology, gynecology, neurology, and mental health.
