Hi, I'm
Serhii Panas.
I’m a proud native of Lutsk, owner of the homewear brand SILENCE, an actor with the “Garmider” theater, and a choreographer. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, I’ve been serving in the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
I have a deep love for my hometown and a strong desire to be part of a dynamic team with a clear vision for Lutsk’s future. I’m eager to contribute to real, impactful changes in the city.
