Olena Shershun.
As an Associate Partner at Civitta Ukraine, I help startups and innovative companies secure funding, organize support programs, and develop Ukraine's startup ecosystem.
I've spent 7 years working in the public sector and various NGOs, including Teach For Ukraine, Pro Bono Club Ukraine, Alumni FLEX, and AIESEC Ukraine. I have many acquaintances and friends among the founders of Urban 100 in Ivano-Frankivsk and Urban 500 in Kyiv, as the founder of those spaces is also an AIESEC alum. I've long hoped that a similar initiative would come to Lutsk, and I'm excited to be a part of it. I'm inspired by the concept of socially responsible business that contributes to the city's development. Since Lutsk is my hometown and has numerous areas for growth—from green spaces to cultural development—I am eager to make my contribution.
