Iryna Kushpel.
I’ve been working in construction and urban development for over 20 years and currently serve as the head of an HOA (Homeowners Association).
I love traveling and exploring the world. I’ve also earned certifications as a nutritionist and healthy eating coach, helping people improve their health. As soon as I learned about this initiative, I felt an immediate urge to get involved. With a professional and coordinated team, achieving goals is definitely possible. I adore my city and have repeatedly contributed to its improvement, including organizing green spaces, playgrounds, and events for the community. Whenever I travel, I always note ideas that could be implemented in Lutsk. My dream is to see our city become a safe, eco-friendly, comfortable, green, sporty, and incredibly tourist-friendly place.
